Kyla Molloy began her personal practice of yoga as a way to relax and move the body. Through years of dedicated practice, she was able to recognize the benefits yoga has on not only the body but, the mind as well.

After completing her 200 hour YTT in the summer of 2017, Kyla has been teaching yoga in Summit County for a year and a half. She considers each opportunity to connect with a student and guide them in their own personal growth, on and off the mat, to be the greatest reward of all.
